BAY VILLAGE, OHIO - Robert C. Keeler, 73,  died Saturday, Feb. 18, following an illness.  He was born August 21, 1938 in Whitinsville, son of the late Robert F.  and Ruth (Campbell) Keeler. 

He is survived by his son Bruce Keeler and his wife Cheryl, of Cumberland, RI, a  daughter Candice Olsen and her husband Michael of Richmond, VA, a sister, Beverly Keeler of Whitinsville and six grandchildren: Matthew, Samuel and Benjamin Keeler and Luke, Karli and Riley Olsen.

Bob grew up in Whitinsville, graduated from Northbridge High School, Worcester State University and earned a law degree from Cleveland Marshall Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.  He served in the United States Marine Corp for over 20 years, retiring  as a lieutenant colonel. Having lived in Ohio for more than 45 years, Bob  was very active in his community, serving as a member of the Westlake Board of Education and as long time member of the Westlake Kiwanis Club.  He loved sports and was a life long Red Sox fan.  

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Northbridge High School Booster Club.
