Northbridge – Stephany A. (Morton) Brown, 55, of Northbridge died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 in the Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford. She was the wife of John E. Brown.

She was born June 26, 1956 in Framingham, daughter of the late Walter and Edith (Ramsey) Morton. She was a graduate of Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School in Framingham, Class of 1979.

Mrs. Brown was a member of the Framingham Salvation Army, Ladies Auxiliary of the Vernon Hill American Legion Post #435 in Worcester and the Northbridge Disability Community subcommittee. She enjoyed shopping for handbags and going out to eat with her family.

In addition to her husband John, she is survived by a son, Noah N. Brown of Northbridge; three brothers, Douglas Morton of North Attleboro, Steven Morton of Hopkinton and Andy Morton of Worcester, a grandson Ezekiel T. Morton and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons; Daryl S. Morton who died in December, 2011 and Noah John Brown.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in the Pleasant Street Christian Reformed Church, 25 Cross St., Whitinsville, 01588. Interment will follow in Riverdale Cemetery, Northbridge.

Visiting hours will be Monday from 1 to 2:30 p.m., prior to the service, in the church.
