NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – Christopher Berry, 28, of 58 N. Main Street, was arraigned in Uxbridge District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 6 following his arrest on Monday, Dec. 5 at 2:40 p.m. on Main Street.


Berry is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and defective equipment (exhaust). He was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.
Arresting officer was Jeffrey White.


Arraigned Monday in Uxbridge District Court was Deborah M. Lisak, 45, of 31 Haringa Ave. following an accident at the corner of E. Hartford Avenue and North Main Street in Uxbridge Sunday, Dec. 4 at around 12:44 p.m.


The accident was witnessed by a motorist who said the car struck a car and mailboxes and left the scene. The witness Followed the vehicle into Northbridge, onto Linwood Avenue and Haringa Avenue.


After an investigation, police said Lisak was arrested at her home and charged operating under the influence. She was held in protective custody and later released on bail.


Arresting officers were Sgt. Stephen Zollen and Officer Kristina Westbury.
Last week, police also investigated three breaking and entering and two school vandalism charges.
