My name is Dee Lavallee and I am Sarah and Alex Gray's PCA and friend to the family. I got a phone call from Kelly Gray right after the fire broke out and I rushed to the scene. It was horrible to see the house burning but seeing the family in such despair was even more heartbreaking.

Not soon after I arrived I went to be with the children. Thats when I noticed that Sarah was in distress. I got immediate help from the EMTS and the police.

I want to commend and praise the EMT's for their compassion and dedication to helping out all of the Gray children and Kelly and Andy.

I am deeply touched by Ruth Haringa most of all. She not only went out of her way to make sure the kids were safe and healthy but she showed me that there truly are angels in human form out there.

The Northbridge Police and Fire Department should also be commended for their hard work and quick response. I now have a worthy cause I want to support and that is the Red Cross. They have been a godsend. If you could please print this for the townspeople to see I would appreciate it. I want to give credit where credit is due.
